Knowle FC took a 9 man squad to the Nick Mowl cup, a 6 a side tournament played at Solihull Moors' ground.
The tournament is a charity event aimed to raise awareness of the importance of mental health. Nick Mowl, a former Knowle FC himself and friend of many who participated in the competition sadly suffered with the issue before we lost him a few years ago.
